| Q:- How Do I Obtain a Degree? |
Ans:- Degree and marks card certificates are issued by the University of Jammu in due course of time and distributed to the students through the college. Students are advised to remain in touch with administrative department to know the status of arrival of these certificates.
| Q:- How Do I Obtain I Card? |
Ans:-An identity card will be issued to every member admitted to the College. This card is to be carried by the student at all times in the college campus and is to be produced on demand by any member of the college staff anywhere in the college premises.
Loss of the identity card should be reported immediately to the College authorities.
A new identity card shall not ordinary be issued. However , after proper verification a duplicate card can be issued against a payment of Rs 100/-
Identity card must be returned at the end of the session, failing which an amount of Rs 50/- shall be charged from the student.
| Q:-How Do I Apply for another Course?

Ans:- No change of the subject /stream will be allowed after admission. Hence chose the subject / stream carefully.
| Q:- How Do I Obtain a Provisional/Character/College Leaving Certificate? |
Ans:- Students seeking various certificates should submit applications in advance and are required to produce a No-Demand-Certificate from the library and concerned departments including NCC, NSS and Physical Education department. Duplicate copies will be issued on payment as notified from time to time.
